I, as a dim female, have mislaid the bolts to the KISS wind generator we want to refit this week. Emailed at about 8pm on Friday and within the hour had the perfect answer from John.
Can't ask for better service - after all we aren't even offering to buy - tho to be honest if they're that good we may upgrade to posher blades.
