Sunseeker's 155ft flagship takes shape

Move aside John.
Hey henry I'd be delighted if Eddie did an in-build thread. I'd happily stop posting if that helped create server room :D. I'd love to follow an illustrated 155 build weekly. Pity someone at s'seeker can do the thread - it would get enormous viewing

Though, to be fair Mapis, the 155 ain't one of them (IMHO!)
Agreed. She does look nice in the drawings.
Otoh, that reminds me of some initial drawings of the 37m, where she also didn't look bad.
I couldn't believe it was actually so fugly, the first time I saw her in flesh...

Ahem,
am I the only one that doesn't like this 155 then?

OK, it may be a bit of marmite, but on the fugly variety (obviously imho)
Don't see how these angular "ribbons" and panel glazing and different colours in different elevations and planes will blend into something decent once viewed from an angle!
It reminds me of overenthousiastic 3rd year UG student design work that eventually with a lot of discussion and drafting tames down to something reasonable at the end of the semester...

Enough I'll shut up for now and wait for a year or two to see the finished article.

V.

Mebbee get MYAG to suggest it? Yes, I know it would need to have EJ's ok as well, but if you don't ask......

Excellent, anymore computer generated pics of it?

I like Eddie, but where did he get his money from, surely selling a F1 team didn't net him that much!

Cheers
Al.

I think you'll find that everything is leased via a nifty little offshore company. Only a fool would part with that much capital. All the airlines do it and I do it with my private jet which is 'mine' for two years...;)
