Seems to me they are showing slightly too much glee in "Landing" this price reduction. I know they want to sell the boat and earn some commission but at the end of the day, perhaps if they were doing their job properly a price reduction wouldn't be required. If I was the seller (customer) and they were selling the boat for me I wouldn't be too chuffed.

I would have thought the broker and customer would have discussed the reduction and the way the reduction could be used as a bit of a special thing, which it may be... or perhaps not, Probably the boat was 100k or more too much to start with...

Seller would have probably taken a £200k hit anyway for a quick sale...... just a bit of marketing by Sunseeker, you wouldn't take any notice if they hadn't..... hey you noticed it, posted to the forum and now probably a few thousand others have seen it !! Looks like it works!

It's Pollensa Mallorca, SS had this summer's owners cruise up the estate filmed on the 'Night manager'.... spectacular place

Of course I should have recognised it given that we've passed there enough times! And yes we were glued to the Night Manager. I wondered where that stunning house was located. Many thanks

Slightly odd wording perhaps, but I can't imagine it's the first time a brokerage boat has been reduced by, what, 6%?

If I were the owner I'd totally expect the broker to promote the price reduction, not much point reducing it if you don't advertise the fact.

You may just be over stating the reach of YBW. Perhaps a few hundred people :)

Desperate marketing, Pete - I'd hold out for £150k + a handjob
