Sunseeker + Thames

Just checked tides, OK to go in to StKats before NYE but no morning tides until end of week to get back round here in daylight.

Mooring in town is difficult and near as damn it frowned upon!!

Try St Kats Marina or the may offer a waiting mooring if your really nice and only planning to stop the evening

Yeah, St Kat's are the folks to ask. I've locked out on NYE, spent a night cruising up and down the river (telling HMS Belfast to prepare to be boarded on the megaphone ), and then picked up the moorings outside St Kat's.

If you're being cheap, and only staying the night, then you could probably pick up the moorings outside St Kat's, but be warned, it's not a peaceful spot as the clippers kick up quite a wake.

Another option is to go on the inside of the ferry pontoon at St Kat's (you can with their permission, as I have).

Hi all, I'm new here, wanted to say hello and ask for advice.

I've hatched a potentially hair brained scheme to put my Sunseeker Superhawk 34 on the Thames near Tower Bridge on Ney Years eve.

Is this do-able?

If it is,

How would I get it there? Boat is berthed in Portsmouth right now

Any advice would be ace, thanks!

What cruises have you done before.. France, CIs, Cornwall ?
