Sunseeker owners???

Hello,

I read your post, I am new at this forum. I am searching for a Sunseeker, I am a verry big fan of these yachts. I am looking for owners who have any intrest in a Sunseeker Owners Club, I want to make a website when there is anough intrest by other owners, about all the models that sunseeker have made and still made.

If there are any Sunseeker owners here that would like that there is a owners site, pleace let me know.

Ciao Kind Reagards

I am one! And a happy & proud one too, looked at a boats last week in Dusseldorf (Ferretti 460 & 550) and back at the Sunseeker stand we realised the Manhattan 50 is what we are looking for!

let me know if anything happens on the Sunseeker owners club!

regards,

Tom VC

I own a Sunseeker Camargue 47 which has twin Caterpiller 3208TAs fitted putting out 435 HP each. She has bow and stern thrusters as well as the usual Radar, GPS, Autopilot etc. Solid Cherry interior is pretty much a standard on most Sunseekers. They are great boats, I drove mine 1,600 miles from Florida (Atlantic side) to Texas in the first 3 weeks of ownership with no problems.
I am intetesred in a US Sunseeker club if one exists or helping out starting one. Any interest????

Shag-Un-Nipple seeker owners club

yep, there is a sunseeker owners club but unfortunately none of them can read a chart or even a map, hence they never ever meet up except by accident.

Re: Meet up?

Not exclusive to Sunseeker owners you know, we of the Medway Midsummer Meet have been trying, unsuccessfully for years.
Full story here if you have a couple of days

Go to any marina and look for the balding overweight guy arriving in a new 4WD with 20" rims and almost slick tyres. Odds on he is a fellow Sunseeker owner. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

' Scuse me! I ain't bald and have 15" rims on my 4X4 (*Whispers*..bit overweight though) /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

i've got one too but i fear it's not the type that would snap french knicker elastic at 50 paces, being a 1981 offshore 28

still i would be very interested to learn more about the history of these boats, and i am very pleased with mine and have had some great times already

fwiw - i too have a 4wd but again, not the bird pulling type as it's a smokey old hilux surf and the tyres are 70profile!

I used to have a nice 4x4 but had to sell it to pay for the boat, much more fun than a car. This is my third boat and is far the best, the quality of Sunseker is second to none.

Hello, I am from Germany, owner of a 34`Portofino, and looking also for a Sunseeker owner`s Club. I am looking forward for some informations. Greetings from Germany Harry

I think your stereotype is way off the mark.

When I had a sunseeker and a range rover I used to spend a fair bit of time in the gym.

After all there's not much point in buying the medallion if your're not going to show it off.

Now then, now then (checks car - 4WD, checks tyres - erm 20", tyres have tread though so that's me out /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif ).

Q: How do you spot a Princess owner?

A: He owns a Merc E-Class, wears a blazer and keeps banging on about "seakeeping" (a word mentioned at least 100 times in every Princess brochure).

Oh Bugger
I drive BMWs and SWMBO has a Landcruiser - I do have a blazer but it has got moths from being in the wardrobe for so long. Seakeeping - whats that? - Since our Holland trip in the Sealine, I've moderated my respect for the sea and only go out when SWMBO likes it.

Hi Sunseeker People

Has a UK association been set up for Sunseeker enthusiasts and if not what's the interest out there for getting one off the ground?
