Last month I paid the deposit on an ex-charter Sunsail boat, subject to survey. The survey exposed several issues, so I rejected the boat. Sunsail acknowledged the rejection by email. Three weeks down the track and I'm struggling to get my deposit back. The broker is full of admin/directors need to sign off bla, bla, bla excuses and now he's not taking my calls or responding to my emails. The only telephone number on the UK Sunsail website is to enquire about making a charter booking, which is a fat lot of help.
Does anyone have the head office number or any ideas, besides the Small Claims Court on how to proceed?
