I read Sunsail are closing their operation in Orhaniye. Does anyone know if the marina there has places for winter/summer berthing and how to contact them?

This is correct, it appears Sunsail are downsizing their operation in Turkey. Sunsail leave Palmiye Marina at end of March 2014.
Palmiye Marina is accepting enquiries for permanent berth holders and winter only contracts for the 2014 season. There is approx 8000sqm land storage plus on water space for approx 45 yachts. A lift system will be installed for 2014 or possibly this winter if there is enough interest. Full guardianage and service facilities are available. For specialist services, external contractors will not be required to pay a marina 'visitors' charge.
For those who have been unable to get onto the jetty for the last two years because of the Sunsail yachts, you will be pleasantly surprised at the improvements that have been made, especially to the restaurant.
Marina rates for 12 months will be €70 per square metre. Lift price has not been decided at this time but will be at a sensible price. Dry berthing is also planned for those with a 12 month contract plus a lift/launch agreement, the yacht will be dry stored during the owners absence without charge (including lift/launch) which frees the jetty for visitors and ensures no damage can be caused by visiting yachts to unattended owners yachts.
