I take it nobody is gonna be daft enought to go out tomorrow, thinking of oldgit down the estuary, winds
predicted to be about 40mph, I know Mrs Oldgit likes it rough. (only have to look at Mr Oldgit)
Least he could'nt moan about my wash as he would'nt even notice it in those conditions.

Marina man mentioned that it was predicted to be a F10 in Plymouth tomorrow and part of the marina fell to bits yesterday. So Muckyfarter might well be playing out all on her own tomorrow!!!

Well I am going out even if they are predicting 84 mph winds for my area, and ... I am only going to take the launch.

Chas and I go back a zillion years. The launch was a present to me from a guy called Clive Folley, (I think he wants to have my baby) but then he took it back (Indian giver) so then I took it back (thief) now we share it.

Its just I was talking to him the other day(if you can get a word in edgeways) and he was saying that he'd sold one or two boats. The launch being one of them.
 
He would have sold an ex-police launch, mine is ex-Thames Water Patrol Launch.
He once sold the Bishop a boat, if you went forwards it went backwards, so to go forward you have to go backwards. /forums/images/icons/crazy.gif
He's a great guy and what he don't know ain't worf knowing.

Will be down at Gillingham generally checking boat over and doubling up bow line. Stern is already double, I've just looked out the window and their's not abreath of wind, lull before the storm or have they got it wrong?
No doubt the jetski loonies will be up and down off the moorings next door in Gillingham!

Is yours moored up safe Clive, if it drifts past me, tomorrow I'll give you a ring ;-)
