There is quite a comprehensive catalogue re the Sun Fast 40 on the Jeanneau website - somewhere...... if you cannot find it, I have a saved copy which I could email to you (it is approx 500 kb in size).
A pal of mine here has a 1999 Sun Odyssey 40 (which is probably the same basically, but with a less racy rig and shallow keel) and she is a very nice boat - it is difficult to find faults with her.
