My boat spent some time in the Med (unfortunately not with me on it!) and all of the Spinlocks, blocks etc - in fact anything made from any kind of black plastic - have suffered major uv damage. They all work fine but look pretty awful.
Does anybody know of a way to bring them back to their original colour? I've tried using a light abrasive - Cif, I think - but it wasn't successful. Any chemical treatment possible?
Thanks

Dont clean them!! They look "salty" and well travelled, it will impress folks who never go anywhere!! You`ll be able to bend the truth and get lots of beers given to you, for your ocean tales!!
