We have decided that the problem in this country is that we all wait for good weather before declaring summer to have started. The weather this weekend could equally have taken place in summer so what is the difference. You just have to shift your mindset.

Looks like Summer is now over. Glad we moved the boat Saturday. River level and flow have stepped up a notch!

I hope so. there is a waiting list for lift outs at Penton Hook because so many boats are staying on the hard standing. To worried about the increased flow I guess.

I popped down the check on the boat today and noticed that the level was way up and was thinking that might scupper my plans... Hopefully with a dry week forecast it will drop enough so we can get out.
