Summer cruise , here we go.

Hi all, just off on my summer cruise. Thought I would let you all know my proposed itinerary.
Tomorrow morning leaving Woolverstone , Ipswich heading to Oostende. Then monday Ostend to Gravelines ,France. Tuesday Gravelines to Breskens, Netherlands. Weds Breskens to Roompotsluis(on the Oosterschelde) Fri, Roompot to Stellendam, Sat Stellendam to Scheveningen, sun Scheveningen to Amsterdam via Ijmuiden. Meeting friends in Amsterdam for 2 days. Weds head into the Ijselmeer..destination to be decided possibly Marken.
Spend up to another 2 days on the Ijselmeer before heading back to Ijmuiden for an overnight saturday, heading back across the north sea to Ipswich on the sunday.
The weather initially loooks good (for the first time in the last 4 summer cruises).
Plastic about to get a caning!!
I cant wait!

Sounds like a good trip, hope the weather holds up, it certainly looks like you might have chosen your holiday timing well. Enjoy!

Arrived Ostend yesterday afternoon after a much slower and more uncomfortable crossing than anticipated, not surprising as it was blowing about 20knts wind when we arrived ( forecast 7!)
still a good Moules Frites washed down with a lovely cote du rhone soon consigned the crossing to the less memorable memory banks. There appears to be a weekend music festival going on , so today at rest with e few cold leffe's before a big night out for my sons eighth birhtday! Pizza tonight my son informs me.
the sun has just come out and the heat wave is due to start now......yippee,
Toomorrow Gravelines for a little challenging entrance so I've heard.
