'Submarine snag' causes trawler drama
The guys plotter gives an interesting plot of what happened him. Contained in the video.
This was a regular 'story' when I was in the Navy and when we had a few more subs. Fishing boat gets snagged, dragged backwards nearly sinks, and gets new nets, sympathy, etc, etc.
It was rumoured that catching a Polaris Bomber was the best catch available of the West Coast of Scotland.
Interesting plot, but have you seen fishing boats manoeuvring. Not a mobile phone nearby to film the actual event then !
