Sub\' Shambles

Every year on this forum we read of subscription renewal shambles.

This year it is me!

I won't bore you with the background, but can I get through to "option 3" general renewal enquiries.
Obviously happy to take new or repeat sub's (options 2 and 1) but when they screw it up, you try and get it sorted.
In desparation I phoned the IPC switchboard and they couldn't get through either.

I work for a publishing company also involved in Magazine sub's.
If our renewal department was this inefficient they would be replaced.

Be warned messr's Harper and Kavenagh. If it isn't resolved by LIBS time, not only shall I not renew either MBM or MB&Y I shall let it be known why on your stand!

Don't renew, take out a new sub' at LIBS, that way you will
A. Get it for less
B. Get a free gift
C. Get a complementary free copy of your choosen periodical.

Hi Mike,

If there is ever a complaint about subscriptions you also generally read about our prompt attempts to help to sort them out. I think Claire has already sent you a PM but if she hasn't managed to get anything sorted for you yet please email or PM me with the details and we will chase.

Mike,

Please PM or mail me your postcode along with any further details of your problem over and above those listed in your post. I am working at the London Boat Show and have a subs rep here; will get it sorted on the spot (also please see my earlier post dated 23 Dec this thread).
