In order to have your experienced common sense crew with a few years under their belt able to attend with a proper boat you would need...
A. Sufficient crew to man the proper boat 24/7 and a proper place to keep it moored..
B.A proper boat.
C Money to pay for maintainance of said boat and falling fund to replace it every few years.
D Money to pay crew and their pensions.
E Money to pay fpr moorings and insurance and fuel.
