I have just got a Centaur which has been laid up ashore for some time.

Both the fuel filler cap and water filler cap are stuck fast, and I can't budge them. Anyone suggest a way to get the caps off without wrecking the fittings?

Also, does anyone still stock the original electrical switch panels?

You do not state if plastic or metal. I have had similar problems with plastic and find that a cofferdam of plastacine filled with very hot water usually does the trick. No experience of metal ones Sorry.

I would try the plasticine and hot water, if that doesnt work, try a bit more heat from a torch or a larger lever!

The same type as those on the Berwick I would imagine.

Ceratinly try hot water, if that doesn't work try heat from a hot air gun rather than a gas torch, also try tapping all around with a hammer backing up diametrically opposite with a heavy lump off metal or (very) large hammer to absorb the shock.

Also worth trying to tighten a little then undoing. Also a sudden jerk is often more effective than a steady force.

how about an impact driver with a suitably converted head plus heat. I guess that the ali has electronically bonded togeather? so a replacement would seem to be then thing

If you do have to mangle them, Trafalgar yachts have spare Westerly style fillers for sale. Otherwise why not change them for some more user friendly ones? There are fillers available that don't need a key/gizmo to open them and don't stick up from the deck like the Westerly ones do.
