What is the best way to test for stray-current corrosion between an aluminium hull and battery,and to do an insulation test.What figures should the results be.

Nigel Calder's book I think it's called "Boatowners Mechanical and Electrical Systems Repairs and Maintenance" (or similar - mine's on the boat so can't check!) is excellent on the subject.

Also, Sterling ( the battery charger people) sell test equipment.
