My old mum is now 90 and totally bed ridden. She has an almost new Mobility Scooter. This is I believe a 'Shoprider' and I think they're circa £1900 each.
If anyone wants it for an aged parent she will accept £400.

Hope forumites will not object to me informing you that at yesterdays meeting of the Thames Navigation User Forum (TNUF) the TMBA was formally welcomed as a full member with myself as the nominated representative able to speak on our behalf.

Good luck in selling it.
eBay is full of these from about £50 upwards depending on model.
I had bought a new Shoprider for my Mum on line for about £500, (they sell for considerably more from disability shops).
After she passed away I looked into selling on eBay but didn't think I'd get a sensible price.
In the end I parked it outside my house with a for sale sign on it at £400 and sold it within 2 days

My Brother and I keep forgetting about it. It is just sitting there all dusty. Disability Shops tend to rip-off something rotten. I bought her one of those little tables thingees on castors that come across the bed. I paid £5 admittedly in a charity shop. Her local disability shop wanted £85 for the same one. They were probably buying in at about £15 each.

Good luck. I bought a house 2 years ago with a walk-in bath - they retail for upwards of £2000. Managed to get £80 for it on eBay and it was hardly used.
