Strange craft seen in Portland

We had an overnight stay in Portland Marina at the weekend on our cruise from The Hamble to Torquay, whilst stretching my legs I came across this very impressive craft in the yard.

She must be well over 60', does anyone know anything about her?

It is, or at least was owned by the Redyhoffs (as in Dean and Redyhoff), plenty on the web about. Its been around a while, we last saw it in Cowes about 10 years ago,.
