Stranded (Complete bliss)

Left boat and wife onboard boat on the River Ouse on last Saturday, Came back Sunday only to find that the boat and (wife) stranded in 13ft flood water, and I myself unable to get aboard. Been stopping with pals all week drinking and socialising it's been terrible !!!

Just had a phone call from Wife flood waters receding !!

My question is does anybody know how to make it rain?
