Coachroof seems wrong for Tiger. Hatch in foredeck, Tiger's is in Coachroof.
As far as i can see forecabin roof neither steps in nor down. In that respect it looks like a Cirrus! I'm even more convinced now that i have looked at that .

Most certainly a Cirrus.Had one for a few years,great boat for the size.
