Stowage of Diesel Fuel

I must be a nutter then that's what we bought. One of the reasons we bought it is if you go long distance sailing it is only a matter of time before you hit something or something hits you. We got hit three times by other boats when at anchor, the second time it was a heavy pirogue who hit us with his bow amidships at full speed, he couldn't get it out of get it out of gear but should have approached alongside. I got the touch up paint out but it would have holed a GRP boat.

The vessel was most certainly not a Ketch anyway.
Besides, only an absolute fool would stow PETROL in cans below decks.
Having been born there, it's spelt Somerset (without the cider spelling)
