Hi guys. I have been trying to find a source for rear fibreglass dodgers. Either a place to buy or someone with moulds who would make them for me. Any ideas?

I’m also after the same thing ,apparently the Storebro factory still sell lots new parts for all the old stuff but I’ve emailed them twice and never got a reply , where are you based

I was thinking of having some made out vinyl cream hood material and tie them on in if I can’t get any , if we knew someone else with same boat that was willing lend us the original pair we could get a mould made but these not many of these boats around,I assume your in same position as me that you don’t have the original part at all ? If you had original ones even if broken a mould could still be taken from them ? I’m from midlands myself , but if we could get some from factory we could possibly share the shipping costs from Sweden for 2 sets ?

Don't know the size or shape of the dodgers your after, but why not try Brooms of Brundall their boats were fitted with fibreglass dodgers and since stopping production will probably have the moulds that could be adapted .

It’s a thought. When you say vinyl cream hood material, is that plastic?

It’s pvc my dad had some made for his old birchwood 35s many years ago , we went to a tarpaulin repair place in Birmingham , if you google tuck tarpaulin these loads places all over country that make them , they did it in some cream pvc , we made paper template and to be honest they looked great and we’re still good when sold the boat 10 years later

I have managed to get hold of Klaus from Storebro and sent him two pictures of which I enclose.

Mike

I feel sad reading this, as if it had been 4 years ago you could have had ours. We wanted to completely reconfigure the aft guard rails and dodger area so we could step directly into the cockpit rather than through the awkward access point onto the side deck and then shuffle sideways to the cockpit. I removed the old fibreglass mouldings and just abandoned them in the boatyard. I am pretty sure they would have scrapped long since.
