Can you not picture it in your minds eye... those wonderful mushroomy brownish Scout trousers, Green Scout shirt and a beret?

Uniform has changed now, but the kids still look like a bunch of scruffs in it (and hate wearing it!)

Tescos are closing that store soon. Rumour is they are taking all the narrow boats and stacking them 3 high on the site and making them into homes for illegal immigrants.

Yep, I was with you on that theme until recently.

Local Vietnamese/Chinese restaurant of some standing around here was found with something nasty in its fridge which had been culled from a local park it seems.

Wasn't surprised as I grew up in the era when such tales were common, so I can't remember the precise details but I shan't be dining there again!!

scrap is starting to go doun as was two weeks ago but could be on the up again
