It is certainly available here without any problems, but whether it is manufactured here or imported I don't know. Our federal government's policies are driving manufacturers offshore, so that products which have been manufactured here for the last century are now being made in Asia while Australians are thrown out of work. Even Eucalyptus oil, for goodness' sake, is imported from China!

Yes! I was worried it might disolve the plastic over a couple of years but yes zhat would be better!

I think you'll find it will rot those as well.

something to do with DE-polymerisation. Takes a few years, though

Well you'll just have to use it quick then.

To be fair the tins it comes in should be fine unless kept on board. So perhaps keep the tins at home and have a plastic container load on the boat should to wish it.
