Stock Park South mooring on Windermere

Hi all, does anybody moor their boat at Stock Park South on Windermere? I have been offered a swinging mooring there (although there is no mooring equipment there at present) and am not sure how it works regarding getting to my mooring. There seems to be access via the mansion but am doubtful that people without property in the mansion will be granted permission to park a car and launch a tender from there as that is something that comes with owning a property in the big house. Looking at it on Google earth it all looks a bit vague as it is mostly woodland. If it is a bus ride away from the nearest parking and launch point I will need to think again. I don't want to lay out for the mooring equipment and then find that getting to it is impractical. Any advice gratefully received.

Did you ever find out about this? I've often thought it looked like a nice mooring area. I'm at aquatic at the moment but hoping to move to a swing mooring next year...
