Just had a quick look around the sales sites she doesn't appear to be currently listed anywhere but fairy sure she is still available can put you in touch with the owner if you want lovely red boat called "Apollo"
Venture further down the East coast. There is a yacht fair at Levington this weekend. I just checked the broker's twin keel listing. This Sadler 29 always upsets me as she looks too clean to be true when I pass her on the pontoon. http://www.clarkeandcarter.co.uk/boats-for-sale/1990-sadler-29-5418452
I would be very surprised if she does not sell at very close to her asking price.
+1 If the OP is a serious buyer not a tyre kicker.
Not at all ... as I've 'shelled-out' for two surveys so far .... 1st one fell-through cos the 'Broker' wouldn't accept the conclusions / findings of the survey and the riggers / sail-makers reports ... & the second one identified an Osmosis issue which I'm not sure the current owner will accept (yet) a reduced / seriously revised offer on to cover the work required.
Apologies for doubt, it just seemed that the the boat I suggested seemed so good a fit for your requirements that I was perhaps trying to goad you into having a look.
