Still looking for a 27' - 31' twin keel Yacht with no major issues.

Just had a quick look around the sales sites she doesn't appear to be currently listed anywhere but fairy sure she is still available can put you in touch with the owner if you want lovely red boat called "Apollo"

+1 If the OP is a serious buyer not a tyre kicker.

Not at all ... as I've 'shelled-out' for two surveys so far .... 1st one fell-through cos the 'Broker' wouldn't accept the conclusions / findings of the survey and the riggers / sail-makers reports ... & the second one identified an Osmosis issue which I'm not sure the current owner will accept (yet) a reduced / seriously revised offer on to cover the work required.

Apologies for doubt, it just seemed that the the boat I suggested seemed so good a fit for your requirements that I was perhaps trying to goad you into having a look.

Never a problem JP ... :) ... I'll never object to a good goading / ribbing / michael-extraction ... :D

And I do understand that if a 'good-one' comes on the open market ... then you have to be prepared to move fast (within hours) ... but at the mo so many other things are happening, that unless it's close- by I probably can't ... :(

But thanks for the thought ..... it's appreciated ..... :)
