This is correctly rolled. If rolled the other way the backing strip gets stretched, and will never go back.

If you leave it unrolled for a while, or loosely* rolled the other way, it will sort itself out.

*I clip the ends of the 1m length together and hang in a cupboard for storage.

When I bought a full roll, in it's original box, it was rolled the other way, mushrooms in.

Interesting, perhaps my memory is failing, it's been a year or so since I last bought any. However, the bottom line is that on no account should this be folded.

Ahh!! just used ‘ordinarry velcro’ for sun blind curtains in my dog house.
One came off the next day and I expect that they will have all detached when I get back to the boat.
if I get the 3m stuff will I be able to stick one side to the GRP and still use the loop side which is sewn onto the fabric??
