Sticky Fenders.......

I have finally given in and had the boat polished. (It's had new wind deflectors too on the flybridge )
Obviously I won't bother too much maintaining the new shine - don't want to set the neighbours off, but the yard have said the fenders are very sticky - probably need new ones.
Is there a way to de - sticky them or whilst the wallet is being severely raided should I just buy some new ones ??

Save sticky, UV-degraded plastic with cheap cola - Practical Boat Owner
