Stern tube water inlet

On my merryfisher 695, The fitting at the stern tube for the water inlet has rotted through, as in the photo attached. Does anybody know where to get a replacement, and does anyone know how to remove the part still remaining in the structure.

It maybe easier to replace the shaft seal with the Radice type that incorporates a water feed spigot as in the link below. Then grind that old fitting flush and fix a rubber patch over it held in place by a wide ss hose clamp

The fitting presumably is soft or brittle, but you can try a bolt extractor
