A colleague has a 1978 Princess 33 MK1 powered by twin Ford Melody diesels.
The stern glands need repacking. They are raw water lubricated and are pressure fed from the heat exchangers. When replacing should the packing material be greased or should it be left dry?? Any advice will be apprecieated.
