So after 12 years of service my inverter charger failed , I phoned last night well, 4.30 and spoke to them . Answer fill in and on line form and send it back , I asked could I bring it in as I am working near there tomorrow, yes drop it off after 9. I turn up 8.20 phone them up as the door was locked , a guy answers we spoke bring it in I will have a look he invites me to watch him test the unit there and then circuit board caput. So a cup of tea and £350 lighter I was on my way with a good unit and 2 year warranty .
