Ahh, You geting a faster one to try and beat Dominique in 2010 ?
-----------
Sterenn is very fast already !
Not really, I'm looking for a Muscadet ( 6,5m plywood 1960's design!) perhaps with a modified rig.

I would be delighted if Dominique wins the JC, just for the fun of it !!!. Once again, a Frenchy would win the JC!

Don't forget that for winning the second condition is to arrive ! The first one is to start !
Perhaps I'll arrive first in 2010 on a Muscadet. Who knows.

Hey Eric, I looked on the website. The "Muscadet" is very "nice" but I still prefere the "Bin 65 Chadonnay"

Argh, the French singlehanders! Someone, make sure they don't start dominating the JC like they do with all the other solo events /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Hi
But "Nea-Kameni" is also for sale ...
No, it's not a french joke !
Normally I will not depart the JC 2010, wich is as Eric says the first condition /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
Our projects lead us to a more "exotic" country than France ...
But in 2012, with a Muscadet or a Cognac (wich is the size just above) ... very good idea ! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
See you soon,
Dominique

Eric, I believe the forum limit for items for sale is £200, in which case, consider it sold.

By the way, do you deliver ??? /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Bonjour
I'm afraid it's a bit more expensive than 200 Sloties.
Of course I would be pleased to deliver Sterenn and more delighted to deliver her with the new owner as crew; but only on this side of the Atlantic.

So - Not only are these French guys beating us at this non racing game. Now they are trying to get us to finance their next boats to thrash us some more.

Got to admire their cheek! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

As it is non racing (which I am very glad about as I don't race!) how can you be thrashed? I plan / hope to do the JAC in 2012 and see the challenge as 1. getting to the start line with boat ready (or as ready as she will ever be) and 2. getting to the finish line with boat and me intact. No man can thrash me in achieving that - Miss Whiplash might like to try though /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif!

Right now its out of budget, but i am interested in getting in on the extensive racing circuit in future...

There's a review there that just had me in stitches.. The bottom of the list of things the guys dislikes about the boat.

"Anti bonking bunks"

Brilliant!

How much do you want for Steren? She's likely out of my price range at the moment, but I'm wondering if I'd be better off buying done as opposed to spending all the required cash on Kudu. It's probably going to remain the Kudu route, but you never know what I may decide.

What is the guy in the second photo in that review article doing? /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Is that an ensuite Jester shower facility?

PS. By way of introduction... I'm still a 'lurking' potential Jesterer... not commiting to anything yet BUT I have just brought a boat that might fit the bill /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif... is there likely to be a JC12 to the Azores as I know that I realistically don't have the time to go across the pond (and back) with work and family commitments?
