I have a big GMC V8 turbo diesel lump in the back of my Falcon, due to a problem with failed seacocks it was under water for some time and failed. No suprise, had it removed and a rebuild put on, this has now failed.
Question, obviously this is a marinised truck engine the obvious place for the starter is under the engine,When marinised looking throught the companys lit.You have an option of the starter on the top.as it takes half a days work to remove the thing (engine in)anyone know if this can be done retro fit. just in case!!!
Regards
