Just got to copy them on the port side!
If the rails look slightly deformed that's the lighting and the stanchions look as if they are all over the place but they are all the same angle, it's just as they follow the curve of the deck that they look out of alignment from beam on.
This is an interesting project with many angles to deal with including the notching out of the tubes for welding but I've only ruined one 40 inch length of tube so far. Hopefully the port side will be plain sailing.

Looking good, my youngest son works with stainless a lot, he makes and installs lots of pipe works for the food and pharmaceutical industry.
He came out to the boat today to weld the hinge for the radar arch after it broke, on closer examination the hinge is not true to the direction of the movement when you fold down or put up the arch.
We will figure out how the portside bracket was put on so we can take it all off and redo the hinges so they run straight, starboard side is easy to get to, port is in a sealed space behind a bulkhead, one more worry about the boat :)

The handrails on my current boat have Tee tops on the sanctions that 38 mm tube fit into so that if any sanctions get damaged its east to remove and fix up

The Tee top has reduced dia spigots that at the same as the i/d of the 38mm od tube handrails

That's a good Idea Rog'.
My rails have been assembled on spigots bolted to the outside surfaces to maximise deck area. Once the port side is complete I will lift off each side individually and complete the welding, fairing and polishing on the bench.
The spigots were fabricated a few years ago before I started the paintwork but you get the idea.
