Hi,
Has anyone got any recommendations for online riggers, where I can buy a length 4mm 1 19 wire with a talurit eye in each end, at a reasonable price? Jimmy green seems rather expensive, and I was quite impressed with s3i.

4mm you might get from any of the dinghy chandlers like Sailboats.co.uk or pinbax.
I generally go to my local chandler for wires. Slightly dearer, but sameday service usually.

You could try UK Yacht Rigging supplies, I have had some new guard rail wire made up by them recently, very reasonable. Stuart is the guy to talk to very accommodating. My stuff was made to measure.

They use a talurit hydraulic splice 350 tonne press for eyes he told me - I had swaged forks fitted to mine.
