I need 150cms of 25mm 316 stainless tubing to replace the pushpit aerial pole that a careless driver wiped out with his davit mounted dinghy while trying to park his Ovni in St Peter Port.

Does anyone know a reliable source in or near Portsmouth?

Your local scrap merchant has no clue about 'marine' prices,and stainless survives well in that environment.
