stainless steel fabricator for solar panels South of France

Hi all, looking to have solar panels installed on a Oceanis 36 cc here in the south of France. This will need some stainless steel work and I am wondering if anyone has experience of a good fabricator/welder in the region of La Ciotat to Cavalaire [ish]. Or anyone who can provide the complete package.[Supply and fit]

In 2006 we were stormbound at Port St Louis for a week. We watched a local guy making and fitting an arch to a British liveaboard boat during that time. It is the most beautiful example of stainless steel fabrication I have ever seen. No idea if he is still there, although he was quite young so probably still in business. Well worth following up.
