Stabilised binoculars (JJ?)

Last October's YM cover advertises an article on stabilised binos, but I can't find it anywhere inside. I have a vague recollection of reading something on the subject but don't remember where. Did YM do the test and if so what were the thoughts? Anyone know if they are worth having?

I've just looked at the cover of YM, Oct 2000 and can't see any reference to stabilised binos. Have you got the right month/year/mag?

I am not as encyclopaedic as I once was on YMs recent contents, but I can't recall a group report on this subject
