Patent application

TCM, that was unadulterated plagerism of my phrase.

I want to patent 'wibbly wobbliness'

licenses for use are available at cost.

Re: Patent application - Rejected

Wibble - Already accepted as a verb "To Wibble" - what most electronic devices do just when you need them the most.

Wobble - To suddenly realise that you might have backed the wrong horse, or misjudged the feelings of the voters.

Sorry "coolest of men" (I liked it) patent request rejected. Sayings are public domain.

IMHO & FWIW, NWGOI.

Correction re \"wibble\" : Roger Irrelevant

My gad Barry, the air raid warning has gone off, and I have to collect a goldfish from the dry cleaners, wibble. Wibble is what Roger Irrelevant (from Viz) says.

However, Wibbly Wobby (all rights and patents recognised) denotes what happens to sticky on lettering or numbers on back of boats when badly applied, and I regret not acknowledging Burgundyben's trademark.

Re: Patent application

Deepest apologies burgundyben

wibbly wobbliness
burgundyben
and other registered trademarks all recognised as property of burgundyben, burgundyben known as coolest of all men etc etc.

Re: Patent application - Plagiarism

Ah but the Wibbly Wobbly Way was a phrase used in a kiddies TV programme probably late 60's, always said by Auntie Jean.

Anyone remember it and identify it?

World WIde web is known in our household as the Wibby Wobbly Way, so you can't patent it 'cos you knicked it.

Re: tigha and tigana

Some blimmin bears anyway. Nowhere near as good as Pugwash - but (apart from the Simpsons) was anything on telly as good as Pugwash? No!

Diddly-dee diddly-dee
Di-dee di-dee di-dee di-dee dah
Diddly-dee diddly-dee
...and so on
