SSB Weather Forecasts charts

Hi,

I've beeen using SSB Weather forecast charts for more than ten years now, mainly from Bracknell and now Northwood or Hambourg radio, for the Atlantic and the Med..

I'm now in the tropical waters, Canaries Islands.. heading towards Cap Verde islands and South America..

Does anybody know the SW frequencies and schedule of time, to receive SSB weather forecast charts covering these areas.. (from Canaries islands to Brazil)
