Thank you sarabande, don't remember why I stated Magenta, as what the colour is much closer to light blue, so will change in the second version. I built it in Open Office but saved in Excel and time format is, at least on mine, hh:mm. Will change the date as you suggest, agreed much better along with the colours for dry and aground.

I'll post a second version in the light of your comments and anybody else who has a view.

Hi OldFatGit, I am looking to create a similar spreadsheet myself but not re-invent the wheel so very interested to see what you had done. I have only just signed up to ybw and have no idea where to find the attached zip file. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
