Why can't we buy things like Toplac in spray cans for small jobs? (or can you?)

Sounds like a business opportunity! A guy I worked with had a little earner in his garden shed, repackaging paint into small containers for caravan repairs. The day-to-day business was no effort once he'd got the correct colour matched paint for each year/model sorted. One of our local garages used to have a paint mixing machine and offered it loaded into spray cans - the kind of service you can't find now (possibly as the original propellant is banned). Put the two together and you've got it!

Guess the equipment costs loads but outbd engines etc have spray cans.

If you have some of the original Toplac left in a tin, you can normally get it put into an aerosol at your local car body paint suppliers, failing that if you have a colour swatch it can be matched up by a decent paint supplier and sold to you in a 2 pack aerosol.
