Hi all

I need some of the poly sheet patterning material to template a new spray hood. Does anybody know where I can buy some?

I've seen some on a website but can't remember where it was, yeah I know I should have bookmarked it!!!

I did a search on here and came up with a product called "Dura Skrim" but the only suppliers are American sites.

Cheers

David

When making our dinghy chaps we used a couple of B&Q finest cheapo shower curtains. They cost pence, were thick enough to hold their shape without stretching but flexible enough to drape over the dinghy to get the curves right. That said, when we had our new sprayhood made the maker used what appeared to be simple polythene sheet, nothing fancy. Reason we used the B&Q stuff was that we could just buy a couple for about £5 rather than a roll of the stuff at ££s when we didn't need it.

Thanks for the replies guys. I've been all over the Profabrics and Kayosproce sites but can't see anything listed. I'll give them a call in the morning.

Frustrating thing is I've seen it on somebodies website but can't remember where I saw it :-/
