You need a Fairline Targa 40 then. Mine has a rod holder.

Well, yes please (the glass of gin), but I was thinking that the building did look a bit like the Carlton and someone had p'shopped the Martinez and the rest out of the picture and put a towery bit on top of the Carlton.

Ok, it was a wild guess.
