Spitway to Brightlingsea timing

Am doing an approximate passage plan for this weekend, but have left all charts on boat. doh. If you are going with tide, how long from the Spitway to Brightlingsea? Does 2.5 hours at 5knots sound about right?

Just about, I normally work on ca. 2 hours. A crude measure from Google Earth gives 10 nm

I'm struggling to fit everything in for a weekend jaunt to B'sea to scrub off on the hard and change anode and still be back in time for entry into Bridgemarsh on Sunday night.

It's easily doable if we can depart Friday night, but one of my crew might not make it in time.

crew whipped up and we will be leaving on Friday night, arriving in the wee hours. Hopefully a scrub off and change of anode on Saturday, following by a night ashore before a sail back on Sunday.
