It's now sponsored by Emirates Airline so now sports a new blue/white/gold paint job, think I preferred it beforehand :ambivalence:

Apparently it was going to be red but that is Southampton FC's colours.

They should have kept it white and then painted "Emirates" up the legs and perhaps also the Emirates logo. Blue and gold is horrible.

Caused an enormous rumpus locally when they first told everyone it was going to be red....

By the way the branding is "thought to be worth £1m a year to the city council"
