I saw in PBO some time back a spinaker type of sail that had slots in it which helped to support the sail. Can the forumites refresh my memory of it's name, and how I could contact the makers.
Thanks.

Seateach are now " Ocean Chandlery " and have recently opened a new store in Thornham Marine ( Looks like it might be Nick Gates' old place)

Any news on the price?

I took a good look at the Parasailer, but the price was way over what I was prepared to pay.

Bear in mind that because of the slots a parasailor is the first spinaker to split in strong winds. This happend in strongs winds over the Atlanticc when were on the ARC finishing line . Also boats were arriving with broken carbon spinnaker poles, broken and torn off booms, torn sails, broken ruddders and rigging all jury rigged. A Canadian boat we know well arrived under staysail every other sail and spinnaker had been torn beyond repair.
