Speedy Sleeve dimension for the shaft of a Saildrive 120S

Looks like you will have to measure yours. Its quite easy with a vernier caliper.
The speedi sleeves come in two types - standard and high wear resistance. I used the high wear resistance (these have a hard coating)
The speedi sleeve comes with a collar which is used to drive the sleeve when tapping it with a mallet into position. This collar was much too short so i needed to find a suitable diameter tube to drive the collar and sleeve home.

And as Halo mentions, you will need a longer installation tube in order to fit them to the shaft, since the provided closed end tube is way too short.

The following screenshots from a previous thread might help with the size of tube needed...

I went to a local DIY store and found the ground anchor for a rotating washing line was just the right size and length when I did mine.

Here we go, another anchor thread 😜

Its now doing sterling service as the support for swingball in my back garden.

This is what I ordered for my 120 S in 2022. Still doing its job 3 years on.
