Not having a lot do do while waiting on something, I looked at it. From the comments, the big boat gave the little red one a fright and he decided to get back.. likely he had had a couple of beers and over reacted. BUT, the camera did scan the helmsmans position on the big mobo and there was no one there?

I simply wish that some of the people who take videos would turn their phone into landscape instead of portrait, surely they see enough crap videos to realise this.

It was Timothy Kennedy, and he's been charged with OWI (operating while intoxicated). He's out on bail and is due in court on Monday.
